Eligibility
Participants must be at least 21 years old and present valid government-issued photo identification upon request.
Nature of the Experience
This is a paid, in-person entertainment and meet-and-greet experience. It is not a gambling, wagering, investment, or financial service. Casino play is optional, occurs at the participant’s own expense and risk, and no winnings, payouts, profits, or outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
Payment, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
A reservation is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the stated cancellation policy. Late arrival, failure to attend, or failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture of the reservation.
Participant Conduct and Assumption of Risk
Participants must follow applicable laws, casino rules, venue policies, and reasonable instructions from Slot Goddess Official and its representatives. Participants voluntarily assume ordinary risks associated with travel, crowds, casino venues, photography, video, and participation in the experience.
Media Consent
By agreeing during booking, the participant gives Slot Goddess Official permission to photograph, film, record, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute the participant’s name, likeness, voice, image, and statements in connection with the experience, including on websites, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and sponsored content, without additional compensation.
Release and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant releases Slot Goddess Official, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, venues, and affiliates from claims arising from ordinary negligence or participation in the experience and agrees to hold them harmless from claims caused by the participant’s unlawful, negligent, or intentional acts. This release does not apply to conduct that cannot legally be released.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by New Jersey law. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
Acknowledgment
By checking the agreement box and completing payment, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking Terms.
